WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Harbor Sofas and Mattresses is located at: 2870 S. Harbor Blvd. Santa Ana, CA, 92704.

 

North on 405, exit Harbor North (Left), Left on Segerstrom

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

Our location is open seven days a week from 9AM to 7PM PST.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Delivery is available. Charges vary based on final location.

ARE YOUR SOFAS $98?

No, not since 1978.  We do, however, offer our $98.00 plus fabric line.  This line offers you the flexibility
to choose your own color and fabric, and still have an economical sofa, or loveseat, or chair.

ARE YOU ABLE TO BUILD A SOFA TO MY SPECIFICATIONS?

Absolutely.  The more information you have about your design, the better equipped we will be to 
manufacture your dream sofa.

ARE YOU ABLE TO DISPOSE OF MY OLD SOFA OR MATTRESS?

Yes we have a disposal service available for a fee.

CAN YOU REUPHOLSTER MY OLD SOFA?

Yes we can.  Charges for reupholstery vary greatly based on material used, size, and condition of the sofa (chair, loveseat, etc.).  You can email us an image of the item you'd like to get reupholstered and we can get you a quote for reupholstery.

MAY I BRING IN/EMAIL YOU A PHOTO OF THE SOFA I WANT?

Yes! If there is a sofa you like the look of we will be more than happy to see about recreating it for you.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

Our furniture comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty. Frames have a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

The foam has a 5-year warranty against defects in workmanship, such as tearing or collapsing. However, this will not apply if the defect is caused by normal usage.

Suspension system has a full lifetime warranty against tearing or separating from the frame under normal household use.

Upholstery and fabrics are designed and engineered for sitting or lying down. It is not intended for standing, jumping, or bouncing. These uses may result in damages, which will not be covered under warranty.


Improper cleaning of upholstery is not covered by this warranty; we recommend testing in a conspicuous area first when applying any cleaning products.


Sofas 98 Mattresses 49 warranty only applies to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. (Defects mean imperfections that impair the utility of the product.) If the furniture component is defective within the warranty period, Sofas 98 Mattresses 49 will replace it at no charge. Labor charge is not included and will be assessed at the time of claim. Any shipping fees will be at original purchaser’s own expense. Sofas 98 Mattresses 49 warranty applies under normal-use conditions. It will not apply to defects that result from negligence, intentional damage, unreasonable exposure, or use.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All returns or exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

 

Harbor Sofas and Mattresses is not responsible for any expenses you may incur to make your return. 

 

Harbor Sofas and Mattresses is not responsible for merchandise that its damaged after the delivery has been accepted. Take caution when you are un-packaging and setting up your merchandise. Sofas 98 Mattresses 49 is not responsible for any merchandise that has been damaged by recipient.
